De Ko Samui para Ko Phangan (From Ko Samui to Ko Phangan)

Pela manhã dirigi-me à recepção para estender a minha estadia. Quero descansar, e andar a ver isto e aquilo é uma canseira.
- Não poderá ficar no seu quarto, mas temos aqui com uma vista para a praia e um chuveiro melhor. Fazêmo-lhe pelo mesmo preço.
Pára de ser tão boa para mim Tailândia.

Ao entrar nestas águas, até me rio. Em Portugal preciso de meditar a cada passo que dou. Vêem-se peixes grandes, amarelos, às riscas, mesmo à beirinha. Tenho mesmo de comprar uma máscara. Hoje vi mesmo um cardume de peixes minúsculos a saltar na água a meu lado.
Vim jantar a outro dos centros de movimento em Ko Samui, Lamai, mais próximo de onde estou. E também é incrivelmente grande. Bares por todo o lado, e o mais impressionante, são os varões de strip (que não são para strip) onde elas se ondulam para atrair os falangues. Ao ar livre! Todas me chamam e brincando, já sou um especialista em responder-lhes.

Dia de tranferência para a segunda ilha, Ko Phangan. A noite anterior tinha sido da festa mundialmente conhecida da lua cheia (que há todos os meses). Então, vi carradas de falangues party boys, de garrafinha de água na mão e pintados de flurescente, a regressarem a Samui.
Aluguei nova mota, dei entrada no resort e fui dar uma volta pela ilha.
Esta é, de facto, muito mais virgem, mais jungle e dá para se notar melhor os traços rurais tailandeses.

In the morning I went to the reception to extend my stay. I want to rest, and walk to do this and that is a weariness.
- You can not stay in your room, but we have here another one with a view to the beach and a better shower. We do it for the same price.
Stop being so nice to me Thailand.

October 30
When I get in these waters, I even laugh. In Portugal, I need to meditate every step I take. We can see big fish, yellow, striped, just by the shore. I really have to buy a diving mask. Today, I even saw a shoal of tiny fish jumping out of the water beside me.
I came to have dinner in one of the other centers of action in Ko Samui, Lamai, closest to where I'm staying. It's also incredibly large. Bars everywhere, and the most impressive, were the strip poles (which aren't for strip) where they wave their body to attract falangues. Outdoors! They all called me and joking, I am already an expert answering them.

October 31
Day to go to the second island, Ko Phangan. In the night before that had been the world famous full moon party (that's every month). Then I saw loads of falangues party boys, carrying a bottle of water and painted in luminescent colors, returning to Samui.
I rent a new bike, did the check-in and went for a ride around the island.
This is, in fact, much more virgin, more jungle and it shows better the rural Thai traits.
