Já ordenhei uma vaca a sério, mas foi em vão, pois ela no fim pôs a pata dentro do balde. Bem que a estava a sentir um pouco farta de lhe estarem a tocar nas maminhas. Outra tentou fugir, eu encarei-a de frente. Após algumas tentativas de me fintar, desistiu e voltou para o lugar devido. Nada mau para quem no início mal se chegava perto.
Já fiz iogurte em casa. Muito fácil. E agora quero ver se também faço queijo fresco. É praticamente uma questão de temperaturas. O queijo normal é que implica muito tempo e paciência.
